1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdLip AI at getadlip.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ESECURED CLOUD HOSTING & IT SERVICES ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of AdLip AI. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Service Description

AdLip AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate short-form advertisement videos. Users provide a product name and target audience, and the Service generates a complete video including an AI-written script, AI-generated visuals, and an AI-produced voiceover in MP4 format.

The Service operates in three modes: Drawing mode (illustrated scene art), Image mode (photorealistic product imagery), and Avatar mode (talking-head presenter video). Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected]

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or promotes violence or discrimination
  • Use the Service to create spam, phishing material, or misleading advertisements
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service's underlying software
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written permission
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

5Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription plans and their current prices are listed on the pricing page at getadlip.com. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

  • Video generation quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle
  • Unused videos do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added by Paddle depending on your location.

6Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the output videos you generate using the Service. You are free to use, publish, sell, or distribute those videos for any lawful purpose without restriction.

ESECURED CLOUD HOSTING & IT SERVICES retains all intellectual property rights in the AdLip AI platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, trademarks, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform itself beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

By uploading content (such as product images, logo files, or voice samples), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated content (scripts, images, voiceovers) is produced by machine-learning models and may vary in quality, accuracy, or suitability. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your specific requirements or be free of errors.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may result in temporary downtime.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ESECURED CLOUD HOSTING & IT SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership clauses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
