ESECURED CLOUD HOSTING & IT SERVICES ("we", "us", or "our") operates AdLip AI at getadlip.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use AdLip AI:

Account information

• Your email address and display name, provided when you sign in via Google or email/password
• Profile photo URL if you sign in with Google (not stored separately by us)
• Account creation date and subscription plan

Content you provide

• Product name and target audience text you enter when creating a video
• Brand logo images you upload for compositing
• Face photos you upload for Avatar mode (stored in your Firebase Storage folder)
• Voice sample recordings you upload for voice cloning (Growth and Agency plans)

Generated content

• AI-generated scripts, images, voiceovers, and finished MP4 video files, stored in Firebase Storage linked to your account

Payment information

• Subscription payments are processed entirely by Paddle. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive only transaction confirmation, subscription status, and a Paddle customer ID.

Usage data

• Number of videos generated in the current billing period
• Job status logs (timestamps, video mode, processing status)

2How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the AdLip AI Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process your video generation requests and return finished MP4 files
• Track your video usage against your subscription quota
• Send transactional emails about your account (e.g., payment receipts, account notices)
• Improve the quality of AI-generated scripts and visuals
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3Data Storage

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, hosted in the us-central1 region (Iowa, United States). This includes:

• Firestore — account records, subscription data, and job metadata
• Firebase Storage — uploaded files (logos, photos, voice samples) and generated MP4 videos
• Firebase Authentication — secure credential management

Google Cloud's security infrastructure, including encryption at rest and in transit, applies to all stored data. For more information, see Google's privacy documentation at cloud.google.com/security/privacy.

4Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate AdLip AI. Each service has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions) — authentication and data storage. Privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AI / Gemini — AI script generation, image generation, and voiceover synthesis. Your product/audience inputs are sent to Gemini APIs for processing. Privacy policy: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms
• RunPod — GPU compute for Avatar mode (Wav2Lip lip-sync processing). Face photo data is processed on RunPod serverless infrastructure. Privacy policy: runpod.io/legal/privacy-policy
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and processes all payment data under their own privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy

We have no control over the data practices of these providers beyond what is described in their respective policies.

5Cookies and Local Storage

AdLip AI does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Firebase Authentication uses localStorage in your browser to store your authentication session token. This is strictly necessary to keep you signed in between page visits. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies are set by our Service.

6Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Generated video files are stored in Firebase Storage and remain accessible from your account until you delete them or close your account.

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data — including account records, uploaded files, and generated videos — within 30 days of the deletion request.

Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics (e.g., total videos generated per month) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be used to identify you.

Paddle may retain transaction records for longer periods as required by applicable financial regulations and their own legal obligations.

7Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated personal data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format where technically feasible
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data
