Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs subscriptions purchased for AdLip AI at getadlip.com, operated by ESECURED CLOUD HOSTING & IT SERVICES. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations can be made by:

  • Using the cancellation option in your account settings page at getadlip.com
  • Emailing us at [email protected] with your account email and a cancellation request

When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you retain full access to all plan features until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period following cancellation.

ℹ️

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. Your generated videos and account data remain accessible. You can resubscribe at any time.

2Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is made within 7 days of your first payment for a new subscription
  • No videos have been generated using the subscription being refunded

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund request is made more than 7 days after the payment date
  • One or more videos were generated during the subscription period
  • The request is for a renewal charge (subsequent monthly billing cycles)
  • The request is for a partial month after cancellation
  • The account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service

Generating even a single video constitutes use of the service. Once any video has been generated on a subscription, that subscription payment becomes non-refundable.

3How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — AdLip AI"
  2. Include your account email address and your Paddle order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

4Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and initiated, the funds are returned via your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit / debit cards: typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: typically 3–5 business days
  • Other methods: up to 10 business days

We have no control over the timing once a refund is submitted to Paddle and your bank. If a refund does not appear within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with Paddle on your behalf.

5Free Plan

The Free plan (3 videos per month) carries no charge. There are no payments made and therefore no refunds applicable. You may stop using the Free plan at any time by simply not logging in, or by deleting your account.
